30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with VCam Studio, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We may deactivate the licence key once the refund is issued.

How to ask

Email support@vcam.studio with your order number (from your Paddle receipt) or the email you used to buy, and we’ll arrange the refund through Paddle. You can also request one directly from Paddle via the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which are not affected. The 30 days given here is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period that applies to online purchases in the UK and the EU, so you do not need to rely on that period.
