How does the free trial work?
Download the app and use every feature free for your first 20 hours of use. No card and no account are needed. When you buy, enter your licence key and carry on — your scenes stay exactly as they are.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the licence is yours. It includes 12 months of updates (Personal) or 24 months (Studio). After that you can keep using your version for ever, or renew updates if you want new features.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
Personal covers up to 2 PCs, Studio up to 3. You can move a licence to a new PC any time from the app (Help → Licence).
Can I use Personal for work?
Yes — if you’re an individual, including freelancers and sole traders. Organisations such as companies, schools and churches should choose Studio.
What’s your refund policy?
If VCam Studio isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, in the UK and EU the price you see includes VAT. In the US and elsewhere, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Our reseller Paddle handles tax and sends your receipt and invoice.
